This incident has been resolved. During a routine Platform update deployment on Sunday, July 21, 2024, an issue arose that impacted the connectivity to a small subset of our customer databases. This resulted in errors when users tried to login which rendered the Platform inaccessible for some users. A formal postmortem can be requested from the BreachRx Support team.

This appears to be an AWS connectivity issue - we are in contact with AWS and are continuing to troubleshooting the issue
